For adults, I provide treatments that are informed by the latest scientific evidence and research. I specialize in addressing a wide range of psychological concerns, including anxiety (such as phobias, panic, generalized anxiety/worry, and OCD), depression, anger management, adjustment difficulties, trauma and PTSD, parenting difficulties, relationship problems, grief and loss, as well as life stresses.
